We girls are usually at the mercy of every boy who tried and succeeded to make us theirs.
You know the drill. Boy meets girl. Boy makes her fall for him. Boy leaves. Girl is left broken, fragile, vulnerable to everything and anyone that offers the least bit of comfort…
…And then, boy comes back with sugar-coated words. And the only thing that the girl see is that “he came back for me“.
He’ll hold her for a little while, make her believe that everything’s fine now. But as soon as little miss stupid closes her eyes, he slips into escape, leaving the girl more vulnerable than she already is.
But then again, she hopes that he’ll come back for her again. Well, you know what they say.. You can’t save the damsel if she loves her distress. And yes. She loved her distress. She loved being messed up. She loved complications and problems. That is plain stupidity, she knows.

Sad but true. What you experienced is also experienced by many girls. I don’t know why most boys are like that. Painful reality.
