Policies
Oh Well Hosting has the right to change or modify our Policies with or without informing our clients and non-clients. It is their responsibility to check this page to see modifications.
Privacy Policy
Oh Well Hosting does not sell or share our client’s personal information and account details. However, there will be times when you receive e-mails from us if there are important news and announcements regarding the web host.
Free Hosting
Oh Well Hosting does not offer free web hosting anymore. However, we will still keep the free accounts registered in our company for a year. Although for this type of account, we have the right to perform termination, with or without notice, if we see that their hosted domains are not active or not used at all. Considerations are sometimes given to some but it will rarely happen.
Free account holders does not have the right to demand anything from OWH.
Renewal
Client will be notified through e-mail a week before his account expires. Client can send the payment for renewal within the date he received the mail until the day his account expires.
Suspension
OWH has the right to suspend accounts if necessary with or without informing the client.
- Posting copyright scripts – 1 warning
- Illegal contents (refer to Restricted websites below) – 1 warning
- We receive an abuse report from our principal host
- 5-day overdue payment
Termination
OWH has the right to terminate accounts if necessary with or without informing the client.
An account can be terminated due to the following reasons but not limited to:
- Posting copyright scripts – 3 warnings
- Illegal contents (refer to Restricted websites below) – 3 warnings
- We receive 3 abuse reports from our principal host
- 15-day overdue payment
Reactivation
A terminated account holder can reapply. However, the reapplication is subject to the administrator’s approval. If permitted, the client has to buy a NEW hosting account and then add a reactivation fee amounting to $3.
Payment Options
Oh Well Hosting accepts G-CASH, BANK and PAYPAL payments.
G-Cash and Bank payment will be converted in Philippine Peso with this conversion: $1 = 50PHP.
Bank (Bank of the Philippine Islands Express Cash) and G-Cash details will be given upon request of the client. Please send us an e-mail to tricia@gossipovercoffee.com.
Refund
No refund in any circumstances.
Various Requests
Please do not request something OWH do not offer. All services and features we give are posted. If there is something the client wants that is not stated in the sidebar or other pages, that means we do not offer such service. However, just in case we add new services of features, we will post them right away.
Unmetered
Unmetered means we don’t track the client’s diskspace and bandwidth usage as long as his contents would not cause a heavy load on our server.
Domains
Only unmetered plans come with a free domain. The free domains will be under Oh Well Hosting’s account. We do not allow domain transfer. If the client wishes to be hosted under a different company, he has to pay $2 for us to change the nameservers. Still, the domain is our possession.
For unmetered plans, if client already has a domain, slash $1 on his total.
For non-unmetered plans, client needs to purchase his own domain or ask us to register his/her domain under our account. (Go to faq.)
Backups
Clients are responsible for making and keeping their own backups. In some instances, Oh Well Hosting will contact the clients and remind them to backup their websites. However, we shall not be at fault for any loses.
Support
Clients are our top priority. We strive to give them the support that they deserve. We will try to solve the issue / problem as soon as possible.
