Missing Accounts
Our main host has installed new billing softwares for the betterment of their company. Unfortunately, they experienced an error and because we are hosted under them, we are also affected. Some Shared accounts are missing. I want to be clear that this is not OWH’s fault and it is not under our control so all we can do right now is to inform you. However, you need not to panic because our main host is currently retrieving all missing accounts. Also, back ups are available and will be restored at the soonest possible time.
