I wasn’t wrong in choosing Oh Well’s hosting services. Aside from being affordable, the owner, Tricia, is also helpful and is always at reach. Accounts have been restored
Oh Well Hosting experienced a problem because we were greatly affected by the error that happened to our main host. We are happy to tell you that this issue has been resolved. The missing accounts have already been restored. If we missed out your account, please send us an e-mail to admin@oh-well.net.
The available backups are the activities / updates done until mid-October. Thus, they are the only ones that have been retrieved. Please be reminded that it is not OHW’s responsibility to backup your websites because we had an agreement that it is your responsibility to create a backup so that your files will be safe in case this happens. (see Policies – Backups).
The new log-in details will be e-mailed individually.
